Thank you for attending BingoWorld 2010!

The 2010 BingoWorld Conference & Expo was held in Biloxi, Mississippi, May 5-6, 2010, at the completely renovated and expanded Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center.

The new venue brought new life and excitement to BingoWorld! By co-locating with Southern Gaming Summit, the largest regional gaming conference and trade show in the country, BingoWorld attendees experienced all that the South has to offer.

The well-attended bingo conference program was highlighted by Steve Browne’s cult favorite Sellin’ Paper and Callin’ Balls workshop and the ever-popular Bingo University.

Perhaps the best news for BingoWorld at Southern Gaming Summit was the combined exhibit hall. Already the world’s largest bingo expo, BingoWorld exhibitors joined the action at Southern Gaming Summit’s fabulous trade show! The show floor was bustling with activity from hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees.

Save the Dates! The 2011 combined BingoWorld/Southern Gaming Summit conference and trade show will be held May 4-5, 2011, at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center in Biloxi.

Sellin' Paper and Callin' Balls

SellinPaper The always-dynamic Steve Browne from Raving Consulting returned for another standing-room only workshop as part of the BingoWorld program. Sellin’ Paper and Callin’ Balls: Playing the Service Game to Win! is the latest installment of his popular customer service workshop and attendees were informed, entertained, enlightened and energized! From building a service program for your bingo hall, to teaching individual service techniques and tactics, this session is designed for both hall managers and the front-line employees they supervise. It provides a fresh and enduring perspective on the importance of service.

Bingo University

Bingo University

The fourth annual Bingo University is a three-hour, three-session, hands-on learning experience in a classroom-style environment that focuses on sharing the best tactics in the industry for marketing your bingo venue. The goal is to give you the tools needed to maximize the potential of your bingo hall and to create the most successful bingo operation possible. Attendees will be issued workbooks and encouraged to interact with instructors and moderators. Those completing all three sessions will receive a 2010 Graduation Certificate.
